A customer-focused role driving customer loyalty and sales through the provision of an individual bespoke service.

The role has accountability for delivering exceptional service to drive personal and business targets. It requires inspiring our customers through your belief and love of our products. We are looking for someone who strives to continuously learn and develop their service skills, product knowledge, and behaviors in our ever-changing retail environment. Successful candidates will actively share ideas and identify opportunities to enhance the store environment and grow the business.

Whilst this is a customer-facing role, we require an individual with the flexibility to support colleagues in other areas of the store when required.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Greet and engage with customers on arrival and answer initial queries, e.g., where is buy and collect.
2. Assist customers with security tags left on at the barriers.
3. Support nearby tills when necessary.
4. Deliver a world-class customer experience that is unrivalled in the marketplace.
5. Display excellent attention to detail when helping style customers by actively listening to their needs.
6. Introduce customers to and demonstrate enthusiasm for all multi-channel services to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
7. Resolve queries effectively face-to-face or on the telephone.
8. Maintain replenishment and achieve high standards of stockroom and back-of-house areas to ensure product availability.
9. Maintain high standards of personal presentation.
10. Support in-store events, providing ideas and feedback to improve.
11. Maintain sophisticated retail and visual standards to capture customer imagination and drive sales.
12. Participate actively in loss prevention within the store.
13. Adhere to all health and safety policies at all times.

This role has no guaranteed hours; hours can vary weekly, and some weeks may offer no hours.
