Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Casual Receptionist at Ettington Park Hotel & Spa near Stratford-upon-Avon. You will welcome guests and craft personalised experiences, ensuring informative and warm hospitality at all times.

The role requires flexible weekend availability and a proactive, friendly approach. You will join a team dedicated to service excellence within a historic property offering a high standard of guest care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Front Office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four- or five-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create personalised experiences from arrival to departure.
• Work closely with the Front Office team to deliver consistent and excellent service.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and care; support the dining team as needed.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

• PPrevious experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.


• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.
