• Replenish premium towels and toiletries, and arrange in-room refreshments including a curated selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits.
• Support colleagues to uphold our reputation for luxury and quality service, including running the turndown shift where applicable.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Casual Housekeeping Assistant at Ettington Park Hotel part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What will the role involve?

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will help create an exceptional first impression by ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are immaculately presented and cleaned to the highest standards. With meticulous attention to detail, you’ll replenish premium towels and toiletries, and elegantly arrange in-room refreshments, including a curated selection of teas, coffees, and biscuits. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to an unforgettable, magical experience. A true team player, you’ll confidently self-inspect rooms and support colleagues to uphold our reputation for luxury and comfort. As this position covers the evening shift, you will be required to run the 'turndown' shift where you will be refreshing bedrooms, cleaning public areas and re-stocking amenitites.

This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business.
