Job summary

Arena Racing Company is seeking a motivated individual to join the kitchen team at Wolverhampton Racecourse. You will support the culinary staff in a busy environment, helping to maintain cleanliness of work areas and public spaces before, during and after opening hours.

Key duties include operating plate wash and pot wash machines, daily maintenance and cleaning, assisting in stock rotation and safe food storage, and following Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include cleaning duties and health & safety compliance.
• Operation of dishwashing equipment and maintaining hygiene.
• Assistance with stock rotation and food storage procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keeping work and public areas clean during and after opening hours.
• Undertaking cleaning duties following Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
• Operating plate wash and pot wash machines and performing daily maintenance.
• Assisting in stock rotation and safe storage of food.
• Using chemicals in accordance with PPE guidelines.
