The Lantern Community Primary School in Ely is seeking a reliable relief Midday Supervisor to oversee pupils in the dining hall, playgrounds and school premises during lunch. The role is casual, part‑time, term‑time only, with flexible hours around lunchtimes.
You will monitor pupil wellbeing and behaviour, assist with setting up and clearing away lunchtime areas, and work as part of Meridian Trust’s supportive team. First aid training is welcomed.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable relief Midday Supervisor to join the team at The Lantern Community Primary School. The role will involve supervising pupils in the dining hall, playground areas and school premises during the lunch period. You will be expected to monitor the well‑being and behaviour of the pupils and to also assist in the setting up/clearing away of the lunchtime areas, where necessary. A willingness to undertake first aid training would also be beneficial to the role. You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team and a degree of flexibility may be required due to the casual nature of this contract. You will be responsible to the Midday Coordinator and Headteacher.
