Job summary

Apex Hotels in Dunblane is seeking a Casual Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen. You’ll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in kitchen and back-of-house areas and assist with basic food preparation while following food safety guidelines.

As part of the Kitchen team, you’ll use initiative, stay organised, and bring a friendly, customer-focused approach to guests and colleagues. This casual role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to learn and grow with Apex.

• Ensure the kitchen/refuse areas and stores, corridors and equipment are cleaned to the highest degree of cleanliness.
• Use cleaning agents and equipment within COSHH guidelines
• Follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of food.
