Apex Hotels in Dunblane is seeking a Casual Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will craft drinks, serve guests at the bar, and contribute to a memorable guest experience with warmth and energy.

You will work as part of the Food & Beverage department, following Apex standards, and support service across both drinks and food. The role starts with a 12-week learning journey to build skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Provides drinks per Apex drink recipes.
• Delivers table service when needed.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and organization.
• Records orders promptly and accurately.
• Ensures inventory is properly stocked and stored.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Apex drink recipes.
• Prepare coffee if needed and provide table service.
• Set bar according to Apex standards.
• Record drink orders promptly and accurately after receipt.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
• Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to your manager.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by your manager or immediate supervisor.
