• Ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen
• Conduct visual hazard checks of the kitchen
• Clean equipment, utensils, crockery, and glass throughout and after service
• Operate the dishwasher
• Dispose of rubbish correctly
• Clean and tidy the kitchen throughout and after service
• Use correct chemicals for cleaning following COSHH guidelines
• Wear correct PPE throughout the shift: full uniform, blue trousers & tops, safety shoes
• Store and remove unused trolleys and grates correctly
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness to safeguard requirements
• Report broken/malfunctioning equipment immediately to the Supervisor
• Clock out and sign off with the senior manager of your department

Experience is essential.
