Switch Hospitality Management Ltd. is seeking a Casual Housekeeping Assistant to join our Aparthotel in Birmingham. You will master versatility and bring energy to a range of duties, ensuring guest rooms are presented to high standards.

Key tasks include cleaning stays, preparing rooms on time, and maintaining excellent cleanliness across all guest areas. We value inclusivity, offer meals on duty, uniform, life insurance, and ongoing training to help you grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the guest bedroom is well presented and in accordance with Aparthotel Standards and excellent operating standards as well as Mystery audit standards.
• Ensure that all items in room are of a high standard – clean, unmarked, no defects.
• Understand and abide by the standards for cleaning a stay over, departure and turn down
• To abide by the time allocated for cleaning and preparing guest rooms without compromising standards.

As a Casual Housekeeping Assistant, you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:
