Job summary

Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a Casual Room Attendant in Southampton to join our hospitality team. You will clean and service guest rooms to high standards, change linens, make beds and replenish supplies, and ensure bathrooms are sanitised.

This role offers flexibility to work weekends, alongside opportunities to work independently or as part of a team, with benefits such as staff meals, uniform provided, and access to our Leisure Club where applicable.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to the hotel's high standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces in guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Reporting any defects found in the bedroom, corridors or public areas to the Head of department.
