Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management operates The Crown Hotel Harrogate, inviting applications for a friendly team member to set up and maintain the bar to premium standards, greet guests, take orders, and deliver a seamless dining and drinking experience. You will craft drinks with flair, keep the bar organised, and work as part of a collaborative front‑of‑house team.

Qualifications

• Experience crafting drinks with flair and delivering standout service.
• Solid bar knowledge and ability to create quality beverages.
• Sharp eye for detail to keep service smooth and accurate.
• Organised, clean bar and efficient in routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the bar to premium standards.
• Record orders swiftly and accurately, pace with attention to detail.
• Keep bar counters, sinks, tools and storage spaces spotless.
• Serve food orders at the bar and provide seamless dining service.
• Brew coffee as needed and ensure guests are energised throughout shift.
• Report equipment issues to management to keep operations smooth.
• Restock and replenish supplies to keep a fully equipped bar.
• Create a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with signature recipes.
