Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club in Maidstone is seeking Seasonal Events Associates to support festive parties, banquets and other celebrations. You will help set up spaces, serve guests and ensure a smooth event experience.

This casual role offers flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, with peak dates through November, December and the New Year. Training is provided and there is potential for future seasonal opportunities.

• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests.
• Assist with the breakdown and reset of event spaces following functions.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure events run smoothly and exceed guest expectations.
• Follow food safety, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.

Join Our Festive Events Team!

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Events Associates to join our team during the busy Christmas season. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent guest service, and being part of memorable events, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Seasonal Events Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring our Christmas parties, festive celebrations and special events run smoothly. You'll assist with setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding service to our guests throughout their event experience.
