Job summary

Kiddi Caru Taunton, part of Grandir UK, is seeking an Early Years Assistant to join our Taunton team. You will care for and support children, fostering curiosity and helping them thrive in a welcoming setting.

The role offers £12.71 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications) with regular pay reviews, flexible working, and strong progression paths within a values-driven nursery environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive practice role model to ensure Grandir UK values are maintained.
• Prepare and supervise activities under Level 3 guidance.
• Read, understand and implement company policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to policies within required timescales.
• Meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
