Apex Hotels in Dunblane is seeking a friendly Casual Conference and Events Assistant to join our team. You will help set up meeting rooms, serve guests during events, and provide exceptional hospitality with a warm, can-do attitude.

On day one you’ll start a structured learning journey and be supported by the Conference and Events team to grow skills in service, coordination, and guest relations while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn and multitask.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up meeting rooms and events areas to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service during events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and maintain hygiene.
• Deliver high standards in service and presentation throughout events.
• Prepare tea/coffee breaks and stations on time as per event sheet.
• Respond to guest requests and accommodate special requirements when possible.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy throughout shifts.
