Job summary

Lancashire Cricket Club is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Emirates Old Trafford kitchen and help deliver high-quality dishes for our hotel and events venue. You will work under the Head Chef to maintain top food-safety standards and assist in menu development in a dynamic setting.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, support junior staff, and ensure consistent quality across service during busy matchdays and events at Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant culinary qualifications.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
• Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and compliance with food safety regulations
• Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to perform at their best

The Opportunity

As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food by preparing and cooking exceptional dishes, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help develop new menus, support and motivate junior team members, and contribute to delivering outstanding dining experiences across our busy hotel and events venue.
