Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focusedCasual Bar Staff to join our team at Emirates Old Trafford Cricket Ground.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the team delivering great hospitality experiences across a busy and exciting venue. You’ll work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, helping us provide efficient, welcoming service and ensuring everyone who visits has a positive experience.

As part of our casual team, you’ll have the flexibility to work across a variety of events while developing your hospitality skills and gaining experience at one of Manchester’s most iconic sporting and events venues.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of our Casual Bar Staff team, you’ll help create a welcoming, efficient and enjoyable experience for every guest. You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing friendly, efficient service and ensuring guests receive a consistently high standard of care.
• Preparing the bar and service areas ahead of events, making sure everything is ready for guests.
• Serving food and drinks accurately and responsibly, in line with licensing requirements and Club policies.
• Processing payments and following the correct cash-handling procedures.
• Keeping bar, service and guest areas clean, tidy and well presented throughout your shift.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages, maintenance issues or other concerns to the relevant manager.
• Working closely with colleagues to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
• Following all food hygiene, health and safety, fire safety and other relevant Club procedures.
• Handling guest queries or concerns professionally and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Supporting the wider team with other duties as required to help deliver a successful event.
