Job summary

Lancashire Cricket Club is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Hilton Garden Inn Emirates Old Trafford kitchen. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes, uphold strict food safety standards, and help run the kitchen smoothly in a busy hotel and events venue.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will contribute to menu development, mentor junior staff, and ensure exceptional dining experiences across events and hospitality services at Emirates Old Trafford.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant culinary qualifications.

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes.
• Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality and compliance with food safety regulations.

The Opportunity

As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food by preparing and cooking exceptional dishes, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help develop new menus, support and motivate junior team members, and contribute to delivering outstanding dining experiences across our busy hotel and events venue.
