Searcys Events in High Wycombe is seeking a Casual Chef de Partie to join our team. You will be an ambassador for the brand, covering all kitchen sections and supporting the Exec/Head Chef in day‑to‑day operations at this prestigious venue.

We host elite events in historic, culturally sensitive spaces across the UK. The role offers a dynamic working environment with excellent industry benefits and growth opportunities within Searcys’ storied hospitality legacy.

Qualifications

• Must be well organised and able to prioritise workloads.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in a 5‑star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide food/service to a consistently high standard, assisting senior chefs with functions across the business.
• Manage stock levels for your section and place orders as required.
• Ensure food presentation aligns with senior chefs' standards.
• Adhere to Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements.
• Fulfil other reasonable requests from Senior Management.
