Job summary

Sodexo is hiring Casual Catering Assistants at Clifton College in Bristol. The role covers weekend shifts with responsibilities to support daily catering operations, ensuring service quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction. DBS checks and safeguarding are part of pre-employment screening.

You will contribute to smooth service delivery, maintain high standards, and work with a friendly team in a dynamic school environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of catering services at Clifton College during weekends.
• Organise and oversee daily tasks, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness.
• Prepare and serve food while adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with hospitality events, including set-up, service and clear-down.
• Ensure all food service areas are safe, clean and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors.
• Monitor and complete required health and safety, food safety and temperature records.
• Support colleagues across different catering areas as needed, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Promote a positive and professional environment while leading by example.
