Job summary

Apex Hotels in Dunblane is seeking a Casual Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen team. You’ll help maintain clean, orderly back-of-house areas and support food preparation with a positive, guest-focused approach.

You will work as part of a friendly team, following food safety and health & safety guidelines, and demonstrating initiative, reliability and pride in your work. This is a casual, as-and-when role with no guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen/refuse areas and stores, corridors and equipment to the highest degree of cleanliness.
• Use cleaning agents and equipment within COSHH perimeters.
• Follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of food.
