Lilleshall National Sports and Conferencing Centre in Bisham, near Marlow, is hiring a Bar Assistant on a casual contract. You will welcome customers, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and food, and help maintain high standards of hygiene.

You will follow cash-handling procedures, rotate stock, support events across the site, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Applicants must be 18 or over to serve alcohol and enjoy a busy, customer-focused environment.

• Carry out cleaning duties and maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation
• Support functions, events, and bar operations across the site as required

Location: Bisham National Sports and Conferencing Centre, Marlow SL7 1RR

Salary: Paying up to £12.71 per hour

Schedule: Casual contract. Complete a range of shifts between 11am and 1am, Monday to Sunday, to meet the needs of the business.

• You have experience in a bar, café, retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused environment
• You're confident working as part of a team and can adapt to changing business needs
• You're willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• You must be aged 18 or over due to the requirement to serve alcohol
