Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a part-time Bar team member to support daily operations across our hospitality areas. You’ll prepare drinks, serve customers, and uphold high cleanliness and hygiene standards in a busy leisure environment.

The role emphasises teamwork, reliability and a positive customer-focused attitude, with training provided to help you grow within a welcoming, supportive charity.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a hospitality or catering role.
• A genuine team player with a high level of responsibility and motivation.
• Commitment to customer service and health and safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and complete training provided.

Responsibilities

• To provide an efficient service, prepare drinks as required, provide excellent customer service at all times and maintain a hygienic bar area.
• To operate all equipment effectively and safely, ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout all catering outlets and the centre.
• To provide an excellent level of customer service at all times.
• To assist with any customer comments professionally and courteously.
