Landmarc Support Services seeks a proactive estate management professional to oversee daily operations across training areas at Castlemartin Camp, Pembroke, and surrounding sites. You will coordinate inspections, maintenance, and contractor work, ensuring safe, compliant environments for military training.

You will lead risk assessments, safety procedures, and stakeholder engagement, while managing priorities and documenting activities.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Health & Safety, including risk assessments, COSHH and safe systems of work.
• Understanding of operational, facilities, estate or land management environments.
• Experience coordinating workloads, resources or maintenance activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Contractor management and workforce planning capability.
• Confident IT user with good administrative and record-keeping skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

• Manage day-to-day operation of allocated training areas.
• Carrying out inspections and identifying maintenance requirements.
• Coordinating planned and reactive works across the estate.
• Producing and reviewing risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Managing contractors to ensure work is completed safely and to the required standard.
• Maintaining range safety documentation and operational records.
• Supporting military training activities and estate users.
• Allocating work, monitoring progress and providing operational guidance.
• Building effective relationships with customers, stakeholders and service providers.
