Job summary

Aramark at Warwick Castle Knights Village & Accommodation Estate is seeking an Accommodation Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operation across the estate, delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

You will build high-performing teams, manage budgets, drive revenue, ensure food safety and allergen compliance, and collaborate with Accommodation, Reception, Housekeeping, Culinary and Events to maximise guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong guest service focus with a track record of enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Commercial and financial acumen with experience in budgeting and labour control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across the accommodation estate, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence.
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering memorable dining experiences, resolving issues effectively, and continuously improving service performance.
• Develop and inspire teams through recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Achieve financial targets by managing labour costs, controlling budgets, maximising revenue opportunities, and improving profitability.
• Ensure compliance and safety by maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, allergen management, health & safety, and company policy adherence.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Accommodation, Reception, Housekeeping, Culinary, and Events teams to support business objectives and enhance the guest experience.
