Responsibilities

• Researching and developing intelligence that leads to new business
• Producing forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating production planning to optimise capacity and inventory
• Ensuring compliance with credit control, export licenses, and HMRC procedures
• Managing quotations, delivery commitments, and cost-reduction activities
• Preparing information for long-term contracts and complex quotes
• Maintaining customer relations and communications across functions
• Regular reviews with internal teams and customers
• Maintaining order demand system and updating Oracle data
• Supporting quarterly reviews and site visits
• Liaising with corporate credit teams and accounts receivable
• Participating in audits (Financial and Quality)
• Ensuring timely contract reviews and order acceptance
