Responsibilities

• Researching and developing intelligence and relationships to generate new business.
• Forecasting for internal and external business including production planning to optimize capacity.
• Coordinate with corporate to ensure compliance for credit control, export licenses, HM Revenue and Customs procedures.
• Manage day-to-day customer communications on quotations, delivery commitments and cost reduction.
• Prepare information for long-term contracts, complex quotes, budgets and forecasts.
• Advise on requirements to maintain good customer relations.
• Participate in regular reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain weekly order demand tracking in the system.
• Prepare quotes for new and current parts with engineering and NPI input.
• Prepare quarterly review presentations and host site visits.
• Review accounts receivable weekly and liaise with corporate credit.
• Maintain Oracle system changes and weekly expedites.
• Participate in financial and quality audits and customer surveys.
• Contribute to order acceptance and contract review processes.
