Located just off I-5 at exit 236, The Skagit is definitely a great place to work.We are looking for a Casino Shift Manager who will be directly responsible for supervising all areas of the casino including Slots and Club Card. They will accurately administer and oversee the overall gaming operation in compliance with applicable casino and federal/state/tribal regulations, policies, and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS:- High school diploma required.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- In-depth experience in most levels and facets of gaming operations and customer development required.
- Strong leadership, motivational and developmental skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with advanced knowledge of gaming operations.
- Must have a strong appreciation for people and management perspective.
- Must have sound game security knowledge as well as good technical knowledge.
- Displays positive acceptance of demanding scheduling needs.
