Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Bristol seeks an Assistant Casino Manager to drive guest engagement and mentor frontline teams. You will manage Slot Operations and Table Games on shift, ensuring compliance and a high standard of service.

You will oversee staff, relationships with guests, and daily labor, while sustaining safety, morale, and profitability across departments in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in slot operations and/or table games with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Bristol and build guest loyalty.
• Oversee slot operations and table games on shift, coordinating with other departments.
• Enforce policies and procedures to ensure daily operational efficiency.
• Mentor team members, provide feedback, and develop talent and performance.
• Handle guest and team member concerns professionally to maximize satisfaction.
• Identify and implement changes to improve customer service and profitability.
• Manage daily labor to open/close games and staff appropriately for events.
• Inspect casino equipment, ensure a clean and safe environment, and report deficiencies.
• Author and distribute end-of-shift reports and support Hard Rock culture.
