Job summary

Bristol Beacon is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant House Manager to help lead our House Management team. You will play a key role in delivering world-class customer service and ensuring the smooth running of everything from intimate performances to sell-out shows across our iconic venues.

You’ll coordinate event set-ups, manage stewarding teams, liaise with artists and clients, and be a friendly, visible presence for audiences and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a House Management/team in live events.
• Ability to coordinate event set-ups and stewarding teams.
• Strong communication with artists, clients and audiences.
