Job summary

FBC UK is seeking an AR support specialist to join our transactional team in Batley. The role focuses on accurate cash allocation and timely logging and crediting of customer claims within company parameters. You will manage discrepancy logging in Service Cloud, assist with weekly billing sweeps and mailbox administration.

Experience with SAP is preferred, and full training will be provided. Strong numeracy and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Cash allocation - timely and accurate allocation of customer receipts.
• Discrepancy management - logging claims onto Service Cloud and ensuring valid claims are credited and matched off against customer deductions.
• Weekly billing sweeps and ensuring that automatic billing runs are executed correctly.
• Mailbox management and distribution.
• General administration duties to support the AR function.
