Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Transactional Finance Analyst in Manchester to support day-to-day transaction management within the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You will produce monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, KPI dashboards, and cash flow reports while working with the PTP Transactions & Reporting Manager to improve performance and controls. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Background in accounting or finance, particularly with payables and receivables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with financial systems and software.
• Proactive problem solver with good communication.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate monthly reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Create KPI reports and stakeholder dashboards with insights.
• Collaborate with the PTP Transactions & Reporting Manager to improve performance.
• Prepare timely cash flow reports to support Treasury and planning.
• Assist during audits and financial reviews.
• Help improve financial processes and controls.
