Brink’s Note Machine seeks an Administrator/Dispatcher in the UK to join our branch network. You will handle cash accounting tasks, prepare shipments, and ensure accurate cash movement between locations to support banks and businesses across the UK.

The role emphasizes compliance with security controls, attention to detail, and timely data entry, with on-site work and a focus on safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound consignments for the next day dispatch Process.
• Verify, reconcile and report inbound and outbound currency transactions.
• Escalate discrepancies to shift supervisor/team leader.
• Complete data entry for all transactions.
• Provide administrative support to the Drivers on the road.
• Identify and report discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
• Complete checklists by deadlines.
• Adhere to Brinks Security Controls and Procedures.
