Notemachine UK Ltd is seeking a Cash Handler/Dispatcher to join our depot-based team. You will count, verify and record cash, and assist with dispatching cash handlers while supporting our drivers from the office.

Ideal candidates will have experience in dispatching, cash handling, and a strong eye for detail, with a valid UK driving licence. The role offers on-site work, training, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• A valid FULL UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Dispatching experience is required.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• We value the right attitude above all else.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count, verify, and record cash to ensure precise financial records.
• Manage the preparation of dispatching of cash handlers.
• Monitor our drivers throughout the day and provide administration support to them from our office.
• Maintain up-to-date records of cash movements and report any discrepancies immediately for prompt resolution.
• Work closely with other team members to coordinate daily tasks and achieve departmental goals efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices and compliance requirements.
• No live CCJs/IVAs or bankruptcy in the last 10 years.

Due to our continuous growth at Notemachine, we’re looking for a sharp, dependable Cash Handler/Dispatcher to join our critical operations team at our depot.

In this dynamic role, you will manage cash processing, handle dispatching tasks, and collaborate closely with the operations / CIT team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Your contributions will support the overall operations and strengthen our commitment to excellence.

What you will be doing:

You’ll be based in our Depot, acting as the central hub between our vault and our road team. The following duties will be:

• Accurately count, verify, and record cash to ensure precise financial records
• Manage the preparation of dispatching of cash handlers
• Monitor our drivers throughout the day and providing administration support to them from our office
• Maintain up-to-date records of cash movements and report any discrepancies immediately for prompt resolution
• Work closely with other team members to coordinate daily tasks and achieve departmental goals efficiently
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices and compliance requirements.
• Must not have any live County Court Judgements (CCJs), live Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs or known as in Scotland as Trust Deed) or within last 10 years, or have bankruptcy declarations
