Qualifications

• Previous experience in Cash Allocation, Accounts Receivable, Finance Administration, Credit Control, or a similar finance focused role.
• Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and cash application principles.

Responsibilities

• Cash Allocation: manage manual & automated allocations to open AR items and review automatic allocations.
• Teamwork & Operational Support: provide cover and assist Credit Control with cash and BACS receipts.
• Communication: maintain professional, prompt communication with internal/external clients and across departments.
