Job summary

Confidential in the United Kingdom is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator for maternity cover to start at the end of October and run until 31 July 2027.

The role requires AP experience, SAP proficiency and an AAT qualification, with strong attention to detail in a busy finance function. Experience processing supplier invoices, reconciliations and payment runs would be beneficial, with some AR support duties also possible.

Qualifications

• Proven Accounts Payable experience.
• SAP knowledge and experience is essential.
• AAT Level 2 and/or Level 3 qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a busy finance function.
• Experience processing supplier invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, and payment runs would be beneficial.
• Supporting the AR Administrator, with some experience in this area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Run supplier statement reconciliations and assist with payments.
• Support AR tasks as needed within the finance team.
• Maintain detailed records in a busy accounts payable function.
