Job summary

The General Dental Council is seeking a Caseworker in Birmingham to be the first point of contact for concerns about dental professionals. This full-time, hybrid role offers development opportunities within the Fitness to Practise team, with a strong emphasis on customer service and timely case progression.

The post supports public protection by regulating dental professionals in the UK and requires evidence of excellent written communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent written skills to identify key issues, summarise clearly and support recommendations with evidence.
• Experience of making recommendations with a risk-based approach.
• Experience of working flexibly in a team, supporting others and boosting morale.
