The General Dental Council is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Birmingham to drive business improvement and organisational change. You will lead the specialist project management team delivering the GDC’s portfolio of strategic projects and partner with colleagues across the organisation to implement practical solutions.

You will distil complex issues, develop actionable plans, and keep governance, risks and stakeholders engaged.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record delivering complex business improvements and programmes.
• Experience with waterfall, agile and hybrid project methods.
• Ability to translate complex issues into clear problems and actions.
• Strong governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring others.
