Job summary

Marsh is expanding a growing team delivering bespoke insurance arrangements for major UK clients. You will assist in processing new cases, maintain essential knowledge, and actively pursue Cert CII qualifications as part of your development.

We focus on delivering best-in-class service, building strong relationships with clients and insurers, and supporting career growth within a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willing to work toward Cert CII qualifications.
• Familiar with IT platforms used by the team including Acturis.
• Able to understand a broad range of industries, exposures and risk profiles.
• Ability to work under pressure within established protocols and principles.
• Growth mindset and continuous personal development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with multi-tasking.

What you need to have:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications, in particular, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work toward Cert CII Qualifications.
• Familiar with or the ability to develop sound working knowledge of IT platforms utilised by the team including Acturis.
• Has an ability to acquire and understand a broad range of industries, their exposures and risk profiles
• Ability to work under pressure while working within agreed protocols and principles.
• Growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple challenges simultaneously.
