Job summary

NRG Resourcing is seeking a Case Manager in City of London, office-based. You will own each file from broker confirmation to completion, handling quotes, KYC/AML, valuations, and the legal workstream.

The role sits in a fast-growing lending environment with a focus on speed and process discipline. Responsibilities include taking ownership through completion, coordinating with valuers and solicitors, and ensuring a smooth handover to portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management, loan administration or completions in bridging or specialist property lending.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML requirements in a regulated lending environment.
• Practical understanding of short-term secured lending lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the file from broker confirmation through to completion.
• Obtain valuation and legal quotes, select panel solicitor and present terms.
• Manage KYC/AML and identity checks; keep accurate record of conditions.
• Lead the legal work stream end-to-end, chase solicitors and surface issues early.
• Prepare groundwork for credit paper and arrange borrower calls.
• Complete pre-completion checks and manage a smooth handover to portfolio management.
