Michael Page in Glasgow is seeking a Case Manager to handle a busy pre-offer pipeline within the financial services sector. You will coordinate cases from start to finish, ensuring organisation and timely updates.

You will answer broker calls, respond to queries, work with Underwriting, and keep case notes up to date. The role emphasizes prioritising tasks and regulatory awareness around data protection, money laundering, and fair customer treatment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• A task-oriented approach with the ability to prioritise workload, maintain clear task lists, track outstanding actions, chase next steps promptly, update case notes and follow work through to completion.
• Understanding of the current regulatory landscape in respect of data protection, money laundering and treating customers fairly.
