Job summary

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Case Handler to support the Case Management team and work closely with RAMS and DIO to assist families needing wrap-around care. You will manage a caseload, provide daily check-ins, and act as the main contact throughout the case management journey.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, customer-focused, and adept at complex casework, with strong relationship-building and communication skills. Site-based role in Speke with standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Review submissions to the case management inbox and collate background narrative for RAMS.
• Communicate with families throughout the case lifecycle with regular check-ins.
• Monitor the case management inbox and assign emails by workload.
• Collaborate with regional/central colleagues to resolve cases.
• Ensure systems are updated with accurate information.
