The role involves managing post-completion cases from funding to redemption, ensuring adherence to original terms by implementing appropriate account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term
• Manage relationships with clients, brokers, solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators via telephone and email
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when necessary
• Address breaches or non-compliance issues and pursue clients for payments or compliance
• Prepare redemption statements
• Handle further advances or extensions
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans
• Review and challenge documentation effectively
• Work well independently and as part of a team
