Role Overview: We are pleased to be working with a fantastic lender, offering an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress within the Bridging finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage post-completion cases, from funding to redemption, ensuring adherence to original terms by implementing account management and redemption strategies.
• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
• Manage relationships with clients and brokers via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate.
• Maintain regular communication with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues, including chasing clients for payments or compliance.
• Prepare redemption statements.
• Manage additional advances or extensions as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors.
• Possess knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
• Review and challenge documentation effectively.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Understand the conveyancing process.
• Have a background in financial services.
• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets.
• Communicate at all levels confidently.
• Possess strong numeracy skills.
• Be aware of GDPR and legislative requirements.
