Role: Case Manager in Bridging Finance

Location: Borehamwood

We are working with a reputable lender offering an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to advance within the Bridging Finance industry.

The main responsibilities include managing post-case activities from funding to redemption, ensuring compliance with original terms, and implementing necessary account management strategies.

• Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term
• Engage with clients and brokers daily via phone and email to gather information, resolve issues, and propose solutions
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate
• Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues, pursue payments or compliance
• Prepare redemption statements
• Manage requests for further advances or extensions
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans
• Review and challenge documentation effectively
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Understanding of the conveyancing process
