Job Description:

We are pleased to be working with a fantastic lender, offering an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress within the Bridging finance industry.

The role involves managing post-case activities, from funding to redemption, ensuring completion within the original terms by implementing necessary account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term
• Manage relationships with clients and brokers via telephone and email, gather information, identify issues, and propose remediation plans
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate
• Maintain relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators
• Handle breaches or non-compliance of loan terms, chase clients for payments or compliance
• Prepare redemption statements
• Manage further advances or extensions
• Build relationships with key partners and investors
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans
• Review and challenge documentation effectively
• Work well in a team and independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
