Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food quickly and to a high standard.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment.

• Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic, and tidy at all times.
• Monitor portion sizes and waste.
• Prepare and clean carvery area.
• Complete relevant paperwork and records.
