Job summary

Robert Dyas in Wimbledon is seeking a logistics performance analyst to own the measurement and management of Third-Party carrier performance, ensuring customers receive excellent service while costs are optimised. You will analyse SLAs, invoices and returns, manage Metapack setups, and coordinate with the Distribution Centre to track returns and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with strong numerical skills and business sense.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with courier relationships is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Hemel Hempstead and carrier hubs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship with Third-Party carriers and escalate issues as needed.
• Regularly measure carrier performance against SLAs including costs and service levels.
• Analyse invoices to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage system set-ups (Metapack).
• Coordinate with Distribution Centre to track returns and ensure compliance; escalate delays.
• Forecast carrier volumes to secure necessary capacity and reduce customer contacts.
