Job summary

Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited, based at Hindle House in Banbury, seeks a Multi-Trade Operative. The role covers Banbury and surrounding areas, with a primary carpentry focus and 40-hour weeks from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

You will perform repairs and maintenance in empty properties, driving a company vehicle with a valid licence, and liaising with customers regarding progress and outcomes. A NVQ Level 2 in carpentry/electrical and related certifications are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (carpentry or electrical) or working towards it.
• Plumbing Level 3 if required, plus WRAS certification as applicable.
• Bring original certification to interview; copies not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Attend properties to repair, construct and maintain vacant homes in Banbury area.
• Manage tasks, update customers on progress and coordinate with team or solo work.
• Maintain van stock and restock as needed to complete works.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
