Job summary

WHC Group is seeking a Carpentry Lecturer to join our Schools of Construction across Hemel Hempstead and Luton campuses. You could be a qualified carpenter or bring excellent carpentry industry experience to educate the next generation to industry standards.

The role involves teaching and assessing learners across Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications as well as adult part-time and apprenticeship programmes. Training can be provided for teaching qualifications.

Qualifications

• Qualified carpenter with industry experience or qualified lecturer in carpentry.
• Willingness to teach across Level 1 and Level 2 and adult programmes.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assess learners across Level 1 and 2 qualifications.
• Deliver carpentry theory and practical sessions.
• Work with employers to develop students' skills.
