Qualifications

• Experience within Carpentry & Joinery or the wider construction industry.
• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience (desirable but not essential).
• A recognised Carpentry & Joinery qualification.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Carpentry & Joinery lessons to Level 1 learners.
• Teaching practical workshop sessions and classroom-based theory.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and career goals.
• Maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
• Promoting industry standards, health and safety, and best practice throughout all sessions.
